At Davidoff, we strive for excellence in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Davidoff account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous delivery markings are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the progress of your return to our distribution center.
